Consultancy: when payrolling doesn’t fit your needs
We are your expert on everything personnel, up to and including preparing your company to hire their first expat.
Consultancy versus payrolling: which is right for you?
Payrolling is often the go-to solution, but sometimes you need something else. To achieve that, we adapt our services to your needs. So, if you have a question about an expat on your payroll, or an expat not yet on your payroll, reach out to us. Our team of legal and HR experts is ready to get to know you and help you solve your struggles.

Our team of lawyers and administrators are experts in Dutch immigration laws and ready to help you.

Services
The complete consultancy experience
We offer consultancy services to both employees and employers.
For employers: You can hire our payroll and HR experts for specific tasks when hiring an expat, expediting the process of becoming a recognised sponsor, or seeking legal advice on Dutch labour laws.
For employees: We offer help with every step from moving from your home country to working in the Netherlands, such as IND applications, 30% ruling, and more.
Tailored recruitment strategies
We help your expat employees transition smoothly with advice on housing, healthcare, and cultural orientations.
Expat integration
Our team works closely with you to develop a customized hiring process that fits your company’s goals and values.

How we work
The Dutch are known for being direct. We see that as a positive trait and look to apply that to your consultancy questions. There will be no pointless meetings or endless emails, only straightforward and personal interactions. Our first goal is to understand what exactly your problem is and how we can assist. Then we assist with practical and clear advice, or by taking over certain tasks.

Yes, Hilfort can assist with the application process for the 30% ruling if all the criteria are met.
